We made a KIL Padded Sword for Krabi Krabong practitioners that want to do hard impact, but without the dangers of serious injuries.

We start with a hollow, flexible, vinyl core, wrap it in medium density foam, then protect it with a rip resistant casing.  An optional foam blade guard is included with our Krabi Krabong Padded Sword.
